SHIPPING AND RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us within three (3) days of receipt. The product should not be used, worn, washed, damaged with unremoved price tags and labels, original invoice (e-mail invoice) with the product must be in original brand packaging. This return policy applies only to defective product.
You must ensure that the product delivered to us is in the same condition as when you receive it. In this case, if the item is returned to us in conditions that are not acceptable, we reserve the right to not accept returns and send the product back to you.
*Please note that for all return/ refund processes, all shipping costs related to the delivery of the product back to our warehouse will be solely borne by the customer who requests for the refund/ return.

Only replacement of same product will be given if it satisfies the requirements above and subject to availability of the product in our warehouse.

No exchange for different items/ color/ size can be made for online purchase.

Purchase with credit/debit card: any credit will be refunded to the card used.
All product descriptions, information and materials posted on the Site is provided 'as is' and without warranties directly, or implied or any hidden meanings.
If the goods you received is damaged, please contact our Customer Service team (email@example.com) and provide an order reference number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for the return, and whether you require a refund or replacement.
After receiving the products, we will check and we will notify you of your right to a replacement or refund (if any) via e-mail as soon as possible.
In terms of return products that are not broken, we have the discretion to decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the Products and / or we may require you to pay for all shipping fees and services in accordance with the standard cost and other costs for credit or debit card, or payment details you provide to us when you make your order, and, to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible to you for any loss, liability, damage costs, or other expenses.
